Job Description - Account Executive

Description

Position Summary: Are you looking for an exciting and rewarding sales position in a dynamic, fast-paced, and ever-changing industry? This role may be the perfect fit for you! Our company partners with major Hollywood and independent movie studios to provide exclusive licensing and distribution of their box-office hits for public performances in non-theatrical markets. 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage, sell, and grow opportunities within an existing customer base and new prospects in various market segments, including General Entertainment, Park and Recreation groups, and museums.
  • Consult with customers to develop customized movie programs tailored to their programming needs, whether they require the latest box office hits, documentaries, independent films, or classic films.
  • Build strong customer loyalty and consistently provide exceptional customer service.
  • Identify emerging markets and develop strategies to drive new revenue streams.
  • Collaborate with team members to create and implement strategies to meet sales revenue goals and quotas.
  • Stay informed on motion picture industry trends, including box office performance and technological advancements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • A minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred.
  • Leadership experience is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in the St. Louis office a minimum of three days per week.
