Job Description - Account Executive


Account Executive, Ad Ops

We love what we do, which is developing innovative technology- based advertising solutions and use them to maximize customer ROI. We are opening offices in NYC to further develop our US client base and reach out to new market segments.


We are looking for a successful, motivated and ambitious Account Executive to join our growing NYC team.


 


Essential duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:



  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in regard to their social media ad campaigns

  • Oversee the scheduling and implementation of all ad campaigns to ensure timely and accurate deployment

  • Manage ad operations on social media platforms as company and product offerings evolve.

  • Work directly with partners, clients, marketing teams, and internal sales staff on all elements related to creative specifications, submissions and ad trafficking.  

  • Partner with all areas of the business to understand data needs and help drive results from analysis.

  • Advise/consult with internal departments regarding ad inventory, forecasting, and campaign performance. 

  • Provide frequent updates to direct and top management regarding campaign delivery statuses.

  • Constantly consult with Sales regarding planning, prioritization, scheduling and delivery of campaigns.

  • Help refine product vision and strategy for data collection and analysis

  • Work closely with Sales, Business Development, and Product Development, serving as a resource for performing optimizations to further increase campaign success rate and future business.


You‘ll need to meet the following requirements:



  • A deep understanding and true passion for the Social Media Advertising industry

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and tight deadlines.

  • Strong project management and communication skills ­ ability to communicate effectively across all departments, with individuals at all levels of the company.

  • Ability to clearly explain ad ops to non-ad ops people

  • Strong analytical, strategic and creative problem-solving skills.

  • Must be extremely organized and detail-oriented.

  • Proven experience working in a start-up or early stage environment

  • Experience working with sales and marketing to direct pricing and inventory
