Account Executive

We’re looking for an Account Executive who is self-motivated, organized and who has superb customer service skills.  This person would see no other option than providing excellent customer service to their clients as well as the ability to troubleshoot problems quickly and efficiently.  Not only is exceptional service important to them but they believe in reviewing everything with a fine-tooth comb in order to provide consistent accuracy and attention to detail.  We would like someone that enjoys a fast-paced environment where teamwork is a top priority.

Job Duties:

-Provide excellent customer service to assigned client accounts as well as anyone you come in contact with.

-Build professional relationships with our clients.

-Learn the trucking industry and how to review and check trucking receivable invoices.

-Review and check your own client accounts invoices as well as helping your peers.

-Data entry of data into our specialized WinFactor system.

-Scanning and billing of invoices.

-Troubleshooting client and customer issues.

-Answering phones and other clerical duties.

-Collection calls on past due accounts

-Perform other duties, tasks, and/or projects as assigned.

Job Requirements: 

-Bachelors or Associate degree in accounting, business administration or other related field preferred.

-Must be proficient and accurate with data entry.

-Strong computer skills with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.)

-Ability to operate a telephone, fax machine, calculator, and computer proficiently.

-Proven customer service and interpersonal skills.

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

-Ability to work effectively in a team environment and demonstrate team building attitude and skills as well as a positive attitude.

-Ability to initiate, organize, and prioritize workload.

-Ability to learn and research new practices and principles of the trucking industry.

-Perform other duties, tasks, and/or projects as assigned.
