Join the Grimes Agency & Associates, affiliated with American Family Insurance, in Colorado Springs, CO, and become a key part of our team as an Account Executive.

What You’ll Do: As an Account Executive, you’ll leverage your deep understanding of the local market to identify new business opportunities, all while using consultative sales techniques to create lasting value for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage in prospecting, cold calling, networking, and client presentations.

Build and nurture customer relationships, serving as a trusted advisor.

Create and deliver compelling insurance quotes and solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: At least one year of sales experience, with a proven track record in marketing, cold calling, networking, and presentations.

Licensing: While having a Property and Casualty and Life insurance license is preferred, it’s required after joining our team (within 30 days of employment) Licensing costs are paid by the agency.
