Job Description - Account Executive

About the Role:

As an Account Executive, you will play an instrumental role in fueling Perry Weather’s growth through new customer acquisition and expansion. In this role, you will build and manage the entire sales process, from prospecting to securing the deal. We are looking for ambitious individuals who seek to be the top performers in their organization.

Please note this is a hunting role where you will be responsible for generating net new business. We have high expectations for our sales team. In this job, you will:

  • Own and manage the full sales cycle - from outreach to close
  • Consistently hit weekly call and demo KPIs
  • Deliver compelling virtual and in-person demos with prospective customers
  • Build and nurture lasting customer relationships
  • Achieve quarterly and annual quota requirements

What You Bring:

  • 1+ years of closing experience in a hunting/prospecting environment
  • Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and close deals
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-starter with a competitive drive and resilience
  • High attention to detail and impeccable organizational skills


Nice to Haves:

  • Prior experience at a growth-stage SaaS or connected hardware company
  • Background selling into sectors like education, parks & recreation, golf, or construction
