Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Primary point of contact for B2B clients, fostering strong relationships and providing strategic guidance. Conduct regular meetings to assess needs, gather feedback, and identify growth opportunities. Strategic Planning and Campaign Management: Collaborate with clients to develop tailored marketing strategies. Oversee campaign execution and optimize performance based on data insights. Revenue Growth and Account Development: Identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts and support new business pursuits. Prepare and deliver compelling pitches to prospective clients. Project Coordination and Execution: Manage project delivery, ensuring timeliness and budget adherence. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to optimize workflows. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field. 4+ years of agency experience in B2B account management. Strong communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in CRM, project management, and Microsoft Office.
