Job Description - Account Executive
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
1.
Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate and sustain client relationships, serving as the primary liaison between the agency and clients. Understand and align with the client’s business objectives.
2.
Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with clients to define marketing and creative goals, develop aligned strategies, and present proposals and creative concepts.
3.
Project Management:
Build project schedules that fit the client’s timeline, while overseeing creative project execution, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery, and coordinating cross- functional teams.
4. Team Coordination:
Bridge client-agency communication, ensuring team alignment on project objectives and timelines.
Proficient in constructing comprehensive creative briefs that align with client requests, while adeptly initiating the creative team.
5. Team Collaboration:
Foster effective collaboration among internal teams, including creative, strategy, and production, to ensure the seamless execution of client projects.
Serve as a bridge between client expectations and internal capabilities, facilitating clear communication and alignment across all team members.
6. Problem Solving:
Swiftly address project challenges, find effective solutions, and serve as a strategic problem solver for clients' business needs.
7. Presentation Deck Development
Skilled in crafting concise and informative presentation decks to convey complex ideas and strategies effectively.
8. Leadership & Mentorship:
Lead, motivate, and mentor agency teams, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
9. Market Insight:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging creative tech, providing clients with strategic insights.
10. Scope Definition and Agreement:
Implement and deliver a comprehensive monthly agency retainer, aligned with the Client-Agency SOW, including the day-to-day task breakdown for creative, strategy, and/or account teams.
Requirements:
• Must be willing to work in-office M-F.
• Must have a minimum of 4 years of creative agency experience.
• Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in an account management position.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrates excellent time management skills with a documented history of consistently delivering projects punctually.
• Exhibit adaptability and innovative problem-solving capabilities.
• Collaborates effectively and consistently demonstrates respect towards both team members and clients.
• Demonstrates a proven ability to independently manage multiple priorities within a fast- paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Exhibits exceptional organizational skills, approaching all assigned tasks with a calm and efficient demeanor.
• Production and/or post-production experience.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
