What You’ll Do
As an AQUALAB Advisor, you'll own the full sales cycle while serving as a trusted advisor to your clients. Specifically, you will:
Own the end-to-end sales process—from prospecting to closing—with a focus on strategic fit and long-term success.
Leverage a Challenger mindset - an insight-based approach where you teach customers something new, tailor your message to resonate with different stakeholders, and take control of the conversation to drive outcomes.
Understand the unique challenges of food manufacturers, identifying opportunities to improve moisture management through AQUALAB’s solutions.
Build and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing customers to drive acquisition, retention, and expansion.
Serve as a product expert, confidently presenting AQUALAB solutions, delivering demonstrations, and communicating ROI.
Collaborate across teams (Marketing, Product, and Customer Success) to ensure a seamless customer journey and impactful feedback loop.
Capture and relay market intelligence to help refine messaging, product development, and strategy.
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by executing a consultative, value-driven sales process.

Qualifications
3–6 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in a technical or consultative selling environment.
Proven success meeting or exceeding quota with mid-market or enterprise customers.
Familiarity with the Challenger Sales methodology - an approach that focuses on teaching, tailoring, and taking control - is strongly preferred.
Strong business acumen and the ability to translate product features into strategic customer value.
Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for pipeline management and reporting.
Background or experience in food manufacturing, lab equipment, or moisture analysis is a plus.
