TMG Operating LLC is the management company for multiple service companies located primarily in Midland Texas. This position will be based out of the TMG Operating, LLC in Midland Texas. We are a leader in technology, developing cutting-edge sensor, and automation control systems that help to reduce costs and increase safety in our clients' operations. Our operations are rapidly expanding to include innovative technologies and automation in the Oil industry. The original company began in 2008, and initially manufactured original equipment for various industries. Beginning in 2016, our business shifted to focus on providing services in the Oil & Gas Industry.

We are looking for an experienced Sales Account Executive with extensive knowledge and experience in Automation services and sales. Water Transfer and fuel automation sales experience.

Job Summary:

The Sales Account Executive will specialize in Automation services sales for our Water Transfer and Fuel Services companies. You will be responsible for the oversight of the company’s continued future growth. You will be an experienced Automation Salesperson with 2-5 years of experience in automation for Water Transfer and Fuel Services.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but does serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Working in a safe and deliberate manner, ensuring HSE compliance, including safe, reliable Automation servicing.
• Building long-term strategic relationships with customers to create sales opportunities and develop strategies for business growth.
• Partnering with sales, business development, operations, and technology representatives to deliver technical presentations to customers.
• Providing account management to understand customer needs, requirements and potential sales opportunities.
• Identifying and coordinating numerous projects of varying complexity to bring value to our customers.
• Monitoring and maintaining existing programs for customers to provide reporting on performance of applications.
• Collaborating with team members to drive technical sales and innovative solutions that bring value to our customers.
• Knowledge of how to perform field work such as Automation services, water transfer, fuel services, and other activities.
• Automation Software Subscription Sales (automation software used in our services activities, on services for permanent infrastructure, etc.).
•  Additional sales experience in oil, wellwork services, water transfer, fuel services, and other activities is a plus.

Qualification Requirements

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma. Associate degree in business with applicable experience preferred.
• At least 2-5 years of experience in Automation services sales in the Permian Basin. Additional sales experience in the following: oil, wellwork services, oilfield construction services, fuel services, and water transfer sales and may include frac oil field, industrial water, water services, or water treatment in the Permian basin is a plus.
• 5+ years of sales experience in the Oil and Gas industry in the Permian Basin, preferably in the Midland/Odessa area.
• Solid understanding of Automation and Automation services sales.
• Comprehensive understanding of customer requirements, market conditions, and how fuel services plays a role in compliance, operations, and efficiency.
• Demonstrate excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills including but not limited to communicating complex technical content to a range of audiences.
• Ability to multi-task, find solutions and establish priorities.
• Exhibit initiative, responsibility, and flexibility.
• Strong management, delegation, planning and leadership skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to travel.
• Regularly operates in a highly safety-conscious environment, outdoor and indoor.
• Regularly exposed to dust, odors, oil, fumes, and noise.
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
