Job Description - Account Executive (B2B Sales)


Account Executive — B2B Sales Parsippany, NJ (in-office) · $170K–$200K OTE · Uncapped commission + accelerators

The Opportunity

There's a version of sales where you spend half the call defending the product. This isn't that.

We're hiring an AE who owns the number, builds the pipeline, and runs the full cycle — cold to close.

What you'll do

Run full-cycle deals into HR, Marketing, Operations, and Finance leaders who fund rewards and incentive programs — employee recognition, customer rewards, and research incentives. You'll source most of your pipeline through deliberate account targeting and direct outreach, qualify hard before anything reaches a demo, navigate multi-stakeholder deals with executives and procurement in the same cycle, and forecast a number you actually believe in.

The tooling is already in place. Your time goes to selling, not stitching together a stack.

You might be a great fit if:

  • You have 2–5 years of full-cycle B2B sales experience and have closed deals you sourced yourself
  • You'd rather build a territory than inherit one, and you measure yourself by what you created
  • You ask sharper questions than other reps and find the real problem before any solution is on the table
  • You stay composed when deals get complex — procurement, security review, slipped timelines, all of it
  • You take feedback the way good athletes do: try it the next day, see what changes

The offer

$170K–$200K OTE with uncapped commission and accelerators above quota.
