What you’ll do

• Close qualified homeowner in-person
• Enroll homeowners into maintenance program.
• Rekindle old leads.
• Drive Speed-to-Cash: move deals to funded jobs fast.
• Run the system: proven scripts, objection handling, and process. Execute and win.

How you’ll be measured

• Contracts closed and revenue generated.
• Set-to-close conversion rate.
• Speed-to-fund and Speed-to-collect.
• Leaderboard rank (Agreements, Sold $, Closed $, Points) and Scorecard compliance.
