Description

Role Overview  

This Account Executive (AE) position plays a key role in delivering innovative products directly to consumers through outbound calling efforts, focusing on customer service and appointment setting through collaboration with a global leader in data management and marketing. The client has pioneered proprietary systems aimed at enhancing customer experiences in the automotive industry. AEs who thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt quickly to new technology, and have a passion for helping others will be valuable additions to the growing team. 

Requirements

 Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct outbound calls and schedule appointments with potential customers. 
  • Address inquiries from call recipients, providing detailed information about products and services using a prepared script. 
  • Excel in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks efficiently. 
  • Reach out to existing dealership customers regarding service and maintenance reminders. 
  • Contact customers to assess their needs and determine the best-fit solutions. 
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned. 

Required Skills/Abilities:  

  • A competitive drive to be THE BEST!  
  • Excellent communication skills—both speaking and active listening?. 
  • Ability to build rapport on the phone?. 
  • Willingness to accept feedback and be coached?. 
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills?. 
  • Ideal candidates will thrive on working in a fast-paced environment.? 
  • Knowledge of, or ability to learn, product, service, or area of customer service specialization. 

Education and Experience 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred 
  • Previous experience in inside sales and customer service. 
  • Pleasant telephone manner. 

Physical Requirements: 

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. 
  • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds, if necessary.
