Account Executive - Energetic Workplace

A typical day in the life of an Account Executive:

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Understand client needs and provide suitable solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed sales targets.
• Prepare reports on sales activities and progress.
• Stay current on industry trends and competitors.

The skills you'll contribute to our diverse team:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced, progressive work environment, preferably in B2B, product, or service sales in an industrial manufacturing environment or similar.
• Superb understanding of MRO, procurement, sourcing, purchasing, and inventory management.
• Tenacious and driven to reach out to new prospects to socialize MRO improvement strategies and close new business.
• Successful track record of new business development with ability to produce tangible results.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
• Travel Requirements: Up to 50% travel to our client sites.

The pay range for this bonus-eligible role is $140,000 - $175,000 annually. Individual pay depends on various factors, such as role level, relevant experience and skills, and location. Pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the pay range applicable at the time.
