Overview

IST Management is hiring an Account Executive, Facilities Management sales professional in the Boston marketplace. 2-4 years' successful inside sales experience is a plus, and no specific prior Facilities Management experience is required. Prior cold calling experience is a must. You will train under and work with an IST Senior VP of Sales to drive revenue for new and existing business in Office and Facilities Management, Integrated Facilities Management, and Info Governance. Ideal candidates will be ready to learn, and will be comfortable cold calling. This is an excellent opportunity to learn the sales process. Successful Account Executives will ideally promote into a Regional VP position by the end of year 2.

Compensation + Schedule

This is salaried, full time sales position with a base compensation of $75,000.00 - $75,000.00, plus bonus earnings: 1st Appointment bonus of $500.00, Proposal Presentation bonus of $1000.00, and a One-time bonus of 5% on new monthly billing.

This position begins with a paid, 2-week sales training program at IST Management's corporate office in Atlanta, Georgia. After training, this is a remote and schedule-autonomous position, with the expectation of in person appointments with prospects and clients as needed in and around the Boston marketplace as directed by the supervising Senior VP of sales.

Responsibilities

You will drive revenue for new and existing business in Office and Facilities Management, Integrated Facilities Management, and Info Governance.
Develops new business and expands existing business by establishing and maintaining contacts, including cold calling
Maintains a healthy pipeline of sales opportunities and achieve revenue and activity goals on a monthly and yearly basis
Has the ability to make compelling presentations to decision-makers at all levels of the organization
Participates in FM and IFM networking events to expand business relationships
Qualifications

2-4 years' successful inside sales experience is a plus, and no specific prior Facilities Management experience is required. Cold calling experience is required. Ideal candidates will be ready to learn, and will be comfortable cold calling. Additional qualifications:

Adept at building business relationships that result in new and repeat business
Persuasive communication and presentation skills
Advanced computer skills, including internet savvy, social media skills, Microsoft Word, Excel, & PowerPoint
Legal US authorization to work for any employer and high school diploma or GED
