Job Description - Account Executive - Hybrid NYC

Today, BaubleBar’s unabashedly optimistic perspective can be found across multiple accessory categories that are sold direct to consumer and at 8,500+ retail stores globally.


WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:


As an account executive for BaubleBar you will be responsible for driving strategic sales growth and managing relationships with key wholesale partners. We are looking for someone who will thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and collaborative environment. 


WHAT WE WANT YOU TO DO:



  • Maintain and continue to strengthen relationships with wholesale partners

  • Develop and execute joint business plans with partners, including co-marketing initiatives, exclusive product collaborations, and activation strategies

  • Analyze partner performance data and present actionable insights to maximize sell-through and uncover growth opportunities

  • Create seasonal merchandise training manuals and product knowledge materials to ensure that wholesale partners are properly representing the BaubleBar brand

  • Recap market and partner feedback regularly, surfacing best-sellers, white space opportunities, and competitive trends

  • Accurate forecasting of future seasonal revenue

  • Communicate to leadership weekly/monthly reporting of sales vs. forecast to include market trend and competitive insights

  • Cultivate strong working relationships with cross-functional teams

  • Work onsite in our Manhattan office up to 3-4 days per week, with remaining day(s) remote


WHAT WE WANT TO SEE:



  • Strong business acumen and comprehension of retail math

  • Record of meeting and exceeding sales plans

  • Advanced sales, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Knowledge of wholesale markets and competitive landscape

  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

  • Ability to work autonomously with strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills

  • Self-starter, motivated, proactive, dependable, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong understanding of wholesale operations and logistics

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field

  • 4+ years of experience of sales or partnership experience


WHAT WE OFFER:



  • Starting salary range for this role is $75,000-$79,000. Starting offer within that range will factor in work location, skills, background and years of relevant experience
