Location: 5 days/week onsite in Merrifield, VA – Mosaic District, further flexibility possible with above average performance.

We are growing!! ASCENDING Inc, has achieved growth and almost doubled in size over the last year. With this exciting growth, our Technical Co-founder is looking for a early career sales candidate that they can personally train and develop to help continue driving our growth in the long term. In this role you will be introduced to much of our current network and will need to take over existing relationships and grow them, as well as do business development for our professional services unit.

The right candidate for this role is all about mindset and attitude. We are looking for someone who is exceptionally driven and has an entrepreneurial mindset. This role will require a lot of on the job learning, so the right candidate must have a strong track record of being self motivated, taking complete ownership of tasks given and display exceptional work ethic.

Must Have's:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, physics, math or a business related degree
• 1-3 years of experience working in business to business sales or any performance related role
• Strong polish and professionalism
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong track record and examples of being a self starter
• Having a passion for solving problems and learning
