Account Executive - Lingerie

Oh Là Là Chéri, a leading distributor of high-quality lingerie and intimate apparel, is seeking a motivated and dynamic Account Executive to join our experienced team. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and establish contact with potential customers using internal leads and personal outreach.


• Actively listen to clients to identify their needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.


• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while expanding our client base.


• Gain in-depth knowledge of our extensive product catalog to provide expert recommendations.


• Negotiate sales terms and onboard new accounts.


• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to overall team success.


• Address customer questions, concerns, and objections in a professional and timely manner.


• Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer experience.


• Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services that enhance the customer’s experience and meet their needs.


• Represent the company at industry trade shows, including setup and breakdown duties.


• Travel to engage with existing and prospective clients.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales or a related field.


• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-driven environment.


• Proficiency in Windows and general computer programs.


• Industry experience is a significant advantage.


• Multilangual candidates are a plus.
