KeystoneCare is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to focus on growing our Palliative and Hospice care services. In this role, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, referral sources, and key stakeholders to promote the benefits and availability of our palliative and hospice programs. Your efforts will be central to expanding our reach and ensuring patients receive compassionate, high-quality care during their most critical times.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Promote KeystoneCare's Palliative and Hospice care services to new and existing referral sources within the community.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, long-term care facilities, and other healthcare providers.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to meet growth and revenue targets for palliative and hospice programs.
  • Provide education and resources to referral sources to increase awareness of palliative and hospice care benefits.
  • Attend community events, networking meetings, and educational sessions to represent KeystoneCare and expand the agency's visibility.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transitions and excellent patient care experience.
  • Track and report sales and marketing activities and outcomes to management regularly.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in healthcare sales or account management, preferably in hospice, palliative care, or home health sectors.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build rapport and trust.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of hospice and palliative care services and Medicare regulations is a plus.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination or an approved Medical or Religious exemption.
  • Proof of Influenza (Flu) Vaccination or an approved Medical or Religious exemption.
