Account Executive job opportunity available in the Cranbury, NJ 08512 market

8:30am - 5pm, Monday - Friday

Base Salary + Commissions

This position is working in an office environment, not remotely

Account Executive, Business Development, Account Manager, and Recruiter role

Miller Staffing is family owned and operated, helping clients and candidates since 1974

This role is responsible for generating local staffing business in NJ

Develop and maintain relationships with clients through in-person meetings, virtual meetings, telephone, and email contact

Market candidates seeking employment to perspective clients

Assisting in the recruitment process to source candidates

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience working in an inside sales position, preferably in a Staffing Firm environment
• Having a Book of Business is a Plus
• Professional presentation skills and positive demeanor
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask
• Basic typing skills
• Basic Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience working with job posting boards such as Indeed and ZipRecruiter is a plus
