Job Description - Account Executive - Sales

What You'll Do



As an Account Executive in Sales, you'll report to the Head of Sales and be the key relationship owner for a portfolio of clients, responsible for protecting and growing revenue. You'll manage consultative sales cycles, work closely with internal teams, and advocate for client success. You'll proactively seek opportunities to understand your clients' business, their workflow, and to expand their product use and reliance.



Responsibilities




  • Responsible for client relationships, including retention, strategic planning, and revenue growth

  • Navigate complex sales involving multiple stakeholders

  • Identify new opportunities within existing client organizations

  • Collaborate with Client Services to support product subscriptions, resolve issues, and improve product adoption

  • Engage with clients via remote and on-site meetings

  • Represent client feedback and market intelligence to drive product development



What We're Looking For




  • 3-5+ years in sales/account management or investment management experience

  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to manage complex projects and clients independently

  • Knowledge of financial markets, especially fixed income (preferred)

  • Willing to travel as needed

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship



Compensation



We offer a base salary range of $125k - $150k depending on experience with bonus eligibility based on individual and company performance.
