As part of this mission, we are building a local GTM Hub office in Columbus to serve as the center of activity and collaboration.

Role Summary


In this role, you will be fully dedicated to Testkube, a premier OH.io portfolio company, while operating out of our collaborative GTM Hub in Columbus.


We are seeking an Account Executive to drive sales for Testkube within the dynamic DevTools market. This role focuses on selling a solution that enables modern engineering teams to perform software testing in Kubernetes-native, cloud-native, and AI-driven environments.


You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, targeting commercial and mid-market accounts. You will be selling directly to technical buyers, DevOps Engineers, Platform Architects, and QA Leads, helping them solve complex CI/CD and infrastructure bottlenecks. This is a pure-play hunter role designed for a rep who can run a high volume of deals, speak the language of modern software delivery, and drive rapid revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities



  • Drive High-Velocity Sales: Own the full lifecycle for commercial and mid-market deals, we need someone who can shrink a 4-5 month deal cycle into 2-3 months.

  • Sell to Technical Buyers: Prospect and engage technical decision-makers (DevOps Managers, Platform Engineers, VPEs) by articulating the value of modernizing their software delivery and testing pipelines.

  • Master the Tech Stack: Run technical discovery calls to understand a prospect's current infrastructure (CI/CD, Cloud Native tools) and identify pain points in their development workflows.

  • Land & Expand: Secure initial "land" deals with specific engineering teams and leverage those wins to expand usage across the wider organization.


Qualifications



  • 3+ years of closing experience in B2B SaaS, specifically within DevTools, CI/CD, Cloud Infrastructure, or Cybersecurity.

  • Technical Fluency: You don't need to write code, but you must be fluent in the language of our buyers. You should understand concepts like CI/CD pipelines, APIs, Cloud Infrastructure, and Containerization.

  • High-Velocity DNA: Proven track record of managing 30+ active opportunities simultaneously and closing deals with <90 day sales cycles.

  • Tool Stack Proficiency: Hands-on expertise with modern sales tech (Hubspot, Outreach/Salesloft, Clay, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).

  • Start-up Agility: Comfortable operating in a dynamic environment where priorities shift as OH.io advances the most promising companies in our portfolio

  • Bonus: Experience selling specifically to the DevOps or Cloud-Native ecosystem.

  • Bonus: Familiarity with open-source to commercial sales motions (COSS).
