Now we’re hiring a 2nd Sponsorships Account Executive to grow our fast-growing sponsorship business.

Your Role
You’ll be selling directly alongside me (Nick) and Armand to sell multi-channel sponsorship packages to revenue tech companies looking to reach our sales leadership audience.
Our demos are actually fun - we put together crazy campaign ideas for our sponsors that are way more creative and enjoyable than showing another generic software demo.
You’ll get to go deep with your customers - while you’ll spend quite a bit of time focused on new business and won’t get sucked into customer support work, you will also get paid for renewing and expanding existing customers.
To succeed, you’ll need to be maniacal about building pipeline. We pick up the phone every day while our competition hides behind email and waits for inbound.
You’ll own your full sales cycle end-to-end (this is a closing role) and learn to sell the 30MPC way. I promise: You’ll have more fun selling here than anywhere else in your sales career.
What You Bring
You have 4+ years of sales experience, ideally in tech.
You run outcome-oriented discovery calls and know selling is more than just fluffy rapport building.
You enjoy coming up with creative, crazy ideas to help our sponsors cut through the noise.
You’re comfortable pitching $100k+ proposals and don’t get rattled when a VP tries to spook you by asking for an 80% discount.
You have a strong “figure it out” muscle and are comfortable operating amidst change and ambiguity. When problems arise (spoiler: they will!), you’re the first to look for solutions.
Benefits, Pay, Location
Starting OTE for this role is $150,000+ ($75,000 base, $75,000 variable; uncapped commission)

Location: Los Angeles, Orange County or NYC required. You'll be working with me (Nick) and my Co-Founder Armand. I'm based in LA; Armand is in NYC. We'll work at one of our hubs in-person ~2 days each week. The whole team frequently gets together in LA & NYC so we can remember that we're not holograms.
