Account Executive - with Great Benefits

We are working with an innovative Aerospace Manufacturer located in Orange County hiring account executives. They are looking for energetic, analytical, and detail-oriented individuals to join their Commercial Management Team. This is a key role that is responsible for the success and profitable growth of assigned customer accounts and territories. A background in manufacturing with is preferred. Candidates working with manufacturers that were ISO9001, AS9100, or ISO13485  certified is a big plus.

The minimum base salary is $75,000 (up to $90,000) with uncapped commissions. Typical deal size is over $1,000,000.

Responsibilities:

• Create sales material to present to customers
• Contract negotiation
• Program management
• New product launch
• Complex problem solving 
• Data management and analysis

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Familiarity with CRM platforms 
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
