Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. The Account Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients, driving revenue growth, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a proactive, strategic approach to identifying business opportunities and delivering customized staffing solutions to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by researching potential clients and industries, and developing strategies to expand our client base.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, understanding their business needs, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate staffing solutions, including temporary, permanent, and contract placements.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, including pricing and service agreements, to ensure mutual benefit and client satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to identify potential opportunities and risks.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including recruiters and account managers, to ensure seamless delivery of staffing solutions to clients.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions, and provide regular reports to management on performance and progress.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. (is a plus)
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools. (is a plus)
  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the staffing or recruitment industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits.
