Summary


 

The Account Lead, Tune-In will be the connective tissue between VideoAmp and our entertainment and media clients, helping the industry's biggest networks and studios drive tune-in, engagement, and audience growth for their biggest premieres, tentpoles, and franchise moments using VideoAmp's Cross-Platform Measurement Tool. You live at the intersection of marketing and entertainment, fluent in how a promo campaign comes together, how a launch is measured, and how a client's marketing, research, and sales teams actually work day to day. You're process-driven, results-oriented, and bring hands-on account management experience alongside a genuine passion for delivering standout service to entertainment clients. You know the media landscape inside and out, the platforms, the workflows, the marketing solutions, and the partners that make premieres and campaigns successful. You have a track record of hitting revenue goals, meeting tight campaign deadlines, deepening relationships across client organizations, and building high-performing teams.


 

Duties and Responsibilities


 


  • A deep understanding across the media industry and the technology that supports it across media partnerships, marketing, measurement systems, and workflows.

  • Effectively develop relationships across Marketing, Sales & Research teams within large media companies like NBCU, Fox, Paramount & Disney, with a track record of growing solution adoption and engagement.

  • Ability to partner with media companies' technical, product, marketing, and data teams to onboard and scale VideoAmp Tune-In measurement solutions.

  • Builds strong relationships and credibility with internal (product, engineering, sales) and external stakeholders (sales, research, operations).

  • Works with enterprise sales and account management to build thorough account plans and define measurable goals to track success.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.


 

Required Experience/Skills


 


  • 7+ years of experience working in the linear/digital space or a measurement/ad tech company.

  • Strong understanding of Account Management and the skills required to scale a successful team.

  • Strong ability to prioritize responsibilities and deliverables.

  • Experience with developing onboarding programs and materials.

  • Ability to quickly address challenges and propose value driving solutions.

  • Implements and reviews processes to ensure excellent client experience.

  • Effectively works with cross functional teams (sales, product, engineering, strategy, data and analytics).

  • Excellent presentation skills (verbal and written).

  • The ability to provide timely and direct feedback to team members.

  • Previous experience working with TV Publisher Account Management a plus.

Compensation & Benefits


 


Base Salary

$114,000 to $130,000 (commensurate with experience)

 

Commission

30% targeted commission variable
