Job Title: Account Manager – Environmental Remediation Division

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our Environmental Remediation Division. This is a sales-priority position focused on driving business growth by identifying, developing, and securing new remediation projects. In addition to sales, the role encompasses key operational responsibilities to ensure seamless project delivery and exceptional client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the environmental remediation sector.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and bids.

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and growth objectives.


Account Management & Operations

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring timely and effective communication.

  • Collaborate with project management and technical teams to ensure successful project execution.

  • Oversee contract negotiations, renewals, and compliance with client requirements.

  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and deliverables, addressing issues as they arise.

  • Provide regular updates and reports to internal stakeholders and clients.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred).

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or project management, preferably in environmental services or remediation.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong understanding of environmental regulations, remediation technologies, and industry best practices.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Willingness to travel as needed.
