Account manager

GoHire is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Account Manager. As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining long-term relationships with our clients. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of client accounts and ensuring that their needs and expectations are met.

Responsibilities:

- Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients

- Understand clients’ businesses and industries, and provide strategic solutions to meet their needs

- Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing client accounts

- Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting and pitching to negotiating and closing deals

- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date account plans and forecasts

- Oversee the delivery of projects and ensure that they are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations

- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and product development, to provide exceptional service to clients

- Keep track of industry trends, competition, and market developments to identify potential opportunities or challenges for clients

- Ensure clients’ satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly and professionally

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a sales/customer service role in the Spanish-speaking market

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to build strong and long-lasting relationships with clients

- Knowledge of digital marketing and advertising is a plus

- Fluency in Spanish and English is required

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Willingness to travel as needed
