Job Description - Account Manager


Job descriptions



  • Call and e-mail applicable Nursing facility management and/or Nursing professionals

  • Grow customer\client accounts through strategic relationship building

  • Anticipate needs and opportunities to expand services to new and existing clients

  • Maintain and track contacts through CRM system

  • Accurately report upon metrics to senior leadership team

  • Responsible for identifying, interviewing, and referring applicants for medical, and management positions throughout the United States

  • Analyzes the information provided by the applicant, conduct a phone interview and determine the suitability of the applicant for employment.

  • Onboarding new applicants including Nursing compliance verification and reference check as required by the State Nursing commission.

  • Answering & triaging calls from caregivers, clients and prospects

  • Determining optimal staffing match, managing client and caregiver schedules to ensure every shift is staffed and caregivers arrive on time for their assignments

  • Serving as one of the main/initial points of contact for caregivers to coordinate rescheduling shift vacancies

  • Ability to be on-call 24/7 for after business hour calls and scheduling modifications

  • Ensuring caregiver compliance with time reporting systems/processes for accurate billing and payroll or any care note submissions






Requirements

Job Requirements:



  • Vast knowledge of the healthcare industry particularly as it relates to Staffing

  • This position requires an extremely perceptive person, who is capable of relating to individuals at all levels

  • As unique situations present themselves, the incumbent must be sensitive to corporate needs, employee goodwill, and the public image

  • Considerable skill in interviewing techniques, a good knowledge of all medical and specialized functions in the Company

  • Extensive knowledge of personnel policy and procedure, as well as federal and state laws regarding employment practices

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • At least (2) years related experience in the healthcare industry

  • Other relevant professional experiences or educational backgrounds will be considered as deemed appropriate. However, when licensure is required by local, state, federal or contractual guidelines, we will not alter our position on those requirements.
