At Quorum, our "product" isn't just our software; it’s our people. We are looking for a 100% remote Account Manager who is a natural relationship-builder and a strategic growth driver. This isn't just a renewal role—it’s an opportunity to act as a trusted advisor to the world’s leading public affairs teams.
The Impact You’ll Have
As an Account Manager, you are the strategic anchor for our customers. You will own a portfolio of accounts, ensuring they don't just use Quorum, but thrive on it. You’ll be responsible for the entire lifecycle of the partnership: from driving deep product adoption and proving ROI to C-Suite executives, to identifying new ways our tools can help clients achieve their mission through upselling and cross-selling.
Key Responsibilities
Relationship Mastery: Build long-lasting relationships with clients, moving beyond a "vendor" status to become a trusted advisor who understands their unique pain points.
Drive Growth: You’ll be the engine of Quorum’s revenue expansion, finding and closing opportunities to bring more of our solutions to the organizations that need them.
Retention & Turnarounds: You take pride in "saving" high-risk clients and turning them into loyal brand advocates who provide references and referrals.
Voice of the Customer: You’ll bridge the gap between our users and our Product/Engineering teams, ensuring that client feedback directly influences our roadmap.
AI-Forward Strategy: Leverage AI tools to synthesize account performance and automate reporting, allowing you more time to focus on high-value strategic discussions.
About You
The Experience: You have 3+ years in Account Management or Customer Success within the SaaS space, with a proven track record of hitting revenue and retention targets.
The Communicator: You are confident leading Executive Business Reviews with C-Suite leaders and can translate complex software features into measurable business impact.
The "People Person": You establish rapport with ease—whether in-person or online—and naturally channel empathy into effective client advocacy.
Tech-Passionate: You love teaching people how technology can solve their everyday problems and make their professional lives better.
Civic-Minded: You’re excited by the opportunity to impact politics and public affairs; perhaps you’ve worked on a campaign or are a self-proclaimed "news junkie."

Compensation
OTE: $82,500 - $97,500 based on experience + additional compensation incentives based on performance.
This is a full-time remote position, Exempt - not eligible for overtime.
