Job Description - Account Manager

We are in search of a new team member to join us as an Account Manager!

Responsibilities:

Overseeing and managing existing projects: Responsible for organizing project activities, work schedules, resources, and budgeting
Leading teams while regularly monitoring and maintaining KPIs
Communicating with clients to understand their needs and ensuring project alignment with their requirements
Managing project budgets
Responsible for maintaining high -quality company services
Working on improving project processes and work systems
Regular reporting

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree – preferably in management or economics
Necessary experience in sales or customer service
Experience in team management
Organizational and communication skills
Multitasking and problem -solving abilities
Advanced computer skills, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Advanced knowledge of English language
