Indirect Lending Account Manager


Location: SIOUX FALLS, SOUTH DAKOTA


Compensation


· Base Salary:


· Company provided vehicle and company covered gas: Provided after 90 days of employment


· Commission Plan: Eligible to participate in a generous commission structure, with potential earnings up to 3 months’ salary.

· Paid Holidays:


· Company-observed holidays


· Floater Holidays (first calendar year based on hire date):


· 2 floater holidays if hired before July 1

· Beginning the following calendar year, you will receive 2 floater holidays annually


· Paid Time Off (PTO): Includes rollover of up to 40 hours per year

Position Overview

We are seeking self-motivated, result-driven individuals with a background in auto dealership operations to join our team as an Indirect Lending Account Manager in select markets.

This role supports the CRIF Select platform and will be responsible for managing relationships within assigned geographic territories.


Key Responsibilities


· Develop and maintain strong, credible relationships with auto dealers


· Stay current on industry products and trends


· Deliver exceptional customer service to both dealer and lending partners


Qualifications


· Background in the automotive or credit union industry is required


· Strong time management and interpersonal communication skills


· Ability to work independently from a virtual office


· Willingness to travel frequently


· Additional duties as assigned
