LeadIQ is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join the go-to-market team. The Account Manager will own and grow revenue across our existing customer base through both retention and expansion. This role is focused on long-term customer value — working both directly with customers and through key partner channels to increase the value extracted from LeadIQ as a customer and foster long-term relationships and growth.
• Own retention and expansion for a defined portfolio of LeadIQ customers
• Drive net revenue retention (NRR) through renewal, upsell, and cross-sell opportunity closure
• Identify expansion opportunities across new teams, roles, departments, and use cases as our customers grow and evolve
• Manage renewals end-to-end, ensuring a smooth and proactive customer experience hinged on value creation and realization
• Work with partner channels to source and close expansion opportunities
• Build and execute strategic account plans that align LeadIQ’s value to each customer’s GTM priorities
• High agency: you take ownership of outcomes and proactively drive growth
• Proven experience managing and growing a book of B2B SaaS customers
• Strong understanding of modern go-to-market motions and sales development workflows
• Ability to uncover expansion opportunities through discovery, usage signals, and stakeholder mapping
• Track record of high achievement, quota attainment, and strong work ethic
