Do you love building strong client relationships, bringing order to complex projects, and making big ideas happen? As an Account Manager at Steelhead, you’ll be at the center of the action—guiding projects from kickoff to show floor, connecting clients with our creative and production teams, and turning every challenge into forward momentum. You’ll own the client experience, protect the details, and help create work that clients are excited to bring to life.
What You’ll Do
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing a responsive, high-touch experience throughout every project.
Build trusted client relationships by understanding their goals, expectations, priorities, and business needs.
Communicate client goals, project scope, expectations, deadlines, and deliverables to internal Steelhead teams.
Collaborate with Design, Estimating, Production, and other departments to deliver compelling solutions within budget.
Manage project milestones, schedules, approvals, timelines, and deliverables—both internally and externally.
Monitor project budgets and proactively identify potential scope, cost, or timeline risks.
Coordinate with third-party vendors and partners involved in project execution.
Ensure all client-facing communications are professional, clear, accurate, and timely.
Maintain detailed project and account documentation in Steelhead’s CRM and project management systems.
Identify opportunities to strengthen relationships within client organizations and grow year-over-year account activity.
What We’re Looking For
Three to five years of experience in account management, client services, or a related role.
Experience in trade shows, live events, experiential marketing, advertising, or an agency environment is preferred.
Strong project, task, and timeline management skills across multiple active projects.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and diplomacy.
Experience managing project budgets and interpreting estimates.
Strong attention to detail, organization, follow-through, and accountability.
Ability to navigate ambiguity, changing priorities, and last-minute requests with composure.
Proficiency with CRM and project management software.
A collaborative, client-focused, and solutions-oriented approach.
Work Schedule
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Las Vegas. Standard office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Availability outside standard hours may be required to support client deadlines, installations, events, or other project needs.
