As the Client Services Account Manager, you’ll be the key driver in managing client relationships and ensuring their visions are brought to life.  What You’ll Do:

• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their needs, building strong relationships, and delivering on expectations with responsibility and professionalism.
• Project Leadership: Lead client projects, from initial brief to delivery, ensuring that deadlines, budgets, and goals are met. You’ll showcase your tenacity in managing the details, communicating progress, and anticipating challenges.
• Strategic Account Growth: Identify opportunities to expand relationships and propose innovative solutions that align with client goals. You’ll work with curiosity to continually explore ways to enhance the client’s experience.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with creative, marketing, and operations teams to ensure that client objectives are met. You’ll lead with collaboration to make sure all teams are aligned and working toward shared goals.
• Client Insights & Reporting: Track and report on client projects, providing detailed insights and feedback that drive continuous improvement and align with our mantra of using data to inspire our work.
• Problem Solving & Risk Mitigation: Tackle any client concerns or project roadblocks head-on, finding innovative solutions to keep things on track and ensuring that every client feels supported.
