Tasks

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Identify client needs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized telehealth solutions.
• Monitor account performance, analyze metrics, and prepare reports to track progress and identify opportunities for growth.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions to any issues that arise.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to review service delivery, gather feedback, and discuss potential enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Replaceable with experience)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably within the technology or telehealth industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
