Account Manager

Title: Account Manager
Location: Arcadia, CA — fully on-site, Monday–Friday 9:00am–5:30pm (one remote day/week after 90 days)
Compensation: $80K base, 10–15% performance bonus (prorated to start date)

Must-Haves:

• 2+ years in B2B account management, inside sales, or customer service
• Proven ability to own the full order/logistics cycle end to end — ideally from a smaller, close-knit organization where you can see requests through start to finish, not a large org where handoffs obscure the process
• CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or comparable); ERP system experience a strong plus
• Exceptional organizational skills — nothing falls through the cracks, even managing high email/task volume
• Clear, confident communicator, comfortable prioritizing competing requests from multiple stakeholders

Strong Pluses:

• Packaging, food service, or CPG/food distribution industry background
• Experience training, mentoring, or informally leading teammates — genuine interest in eventually growing into a formal leadership role
• Bilingual English/Mandarin, given international vendor relationships
• Genuine interest in sustainability and helping businesses transition to eco-friendly packaging
