An internationally recognized full-service lighting, video, and rigging company servicing all facets of the entertainment industry that operates in fourteen offices in the US and internationally in the UK. 4Wall has made its mark in the California Desert for the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, to the High Roller in Las Vegas, to Saks Fifth Ave in New York City for the ‘Land of 1000 Delights’ display.
We are looking for an

Account Manager

to come join the 4Wall team!
What you will be doing:

While every day is different at 4Wall, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with new and existing customers, as well as the achievement of sales, profit, and strategic objectives. You will also liaise between customers, internal teams and external vendors to ensure the timely and successful execution of the customers’ needs and requests.
What you bring to the table:

Our ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of previous sales or customer service; knowledge of the respective local markets; familiarity with entertainment lighting, audio and other special event equipment; and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Our candidate must also be responsible, self-motivated, personable and well organized.
What you should know:
This position is full time.
As of summer 2024 the DC Shop will be relocating to Hyattsville, MD.

Interviews – most likely a phone interview and then an in-person interview.

Complete a background check, and possibly a drug test, depending on the role you are hired for.
