Job Description - Account Manager

At Travefy we're looking for an Account Manager to join our team.

Account Management is critical to Travefy’s support efforts and our commitment to the success of our largest customers.
Account Managers at Travefy have key areas of responsibility and own their own work streams—all of which directly impact the success of the team.
This position is available in Omaha and Lincoln, Nebraska or Pennington, New Jersey.

Roles & Responsibilities
As an Account Manager you will:
Manage a portfolio of Travefy’s largest accounts with "lights out" consistency, efficiency, and attention to detail
Be an ambassador for Travefy and become an expert in our products and services
Manage the billing, onboarding, reporting, and ongoing training / education for all accounts within your portfolio
Provide online demonstrations and educate customers on product features as well as online help resources
Promote our product and encourage adoption and use of the platform
Build strong relationships with accounts to understand a detailed picture of what they want, need, and desire and ensure you identify each client’s unique priorities in order to cater their training to them
Own regular reporting of accounts including financial and usage among others

Requirements
You have demonstrable experience in account management, client support, or project management

You are organized with a high attention to detail and the ability to own and manage a portfolio

You are a people person and a polished communicator both verbally and written

You have a strong analytical ability with a high proficiency using google sheets / excel to manipulate data across sources

You are a creative problem solver and strategic thinker

Experience with SaaS technology or the travel industry is a plus!
Levels
Available Levels include:
Account Manager

Senior Account Manager

$60K-$90K total compensation commensurate with experience including salary and target bonus
