Job Description - Account Manager

Exciting new opportunity at a fun, dynamic workplace! We are searching for an integral member of our Sales/Marketing team in San Diego who will expand our business and help take our client base to the next level!

About the Role -

As an Account Manager at Superlanet, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. You will be pivotal in ensuring a seamless client experience by managing day-to-day customer service interactions and building strong and long-lasting relationships. Training for this role includes a short time in our Recruiter role to gain a deep understanding of our product, you will progress to managing and maintaining client accounts, delivering exceptional services, nurturing client relationships, and resolving any issues that arise.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring the delivery of exceptional services and meeting client expectations.
Travel regularly to build relationships with our clients located across the country.
Communicate effectively with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs, develop the account, and identify opportunities for growth.
Provide outstanding customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries, concerns, and requests.
Foster and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and partner.
Collaborate with the Sales/Marketing team to develop strategies for client retention, expansion, and upselling.
Monitor client satisfaction, proactively identifying and resolving any issues to ensure a positive client experience.
Utilize your excellent communication and writing skills to create compelling and persuasive client presentations, proposals, and reports.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year University. Degree in Communications, Public Relations, or Marketing preferred. Must be able to provide transcripts upon request.
Excellent organization skills are a must
Team player with the motivation to meet and exceed personal and company goals.
Excellent communication and writing skills are a must
Positive attitude and a keen desire to learn new skills
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and wear multiple hats
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
1-3 years of Marketing, Sales, Recruiting or Account Management experience.
Recent College graduates encouraged to apply!

Preferred
Experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager
Google Analytics experience
CRM experience
GoDaddy website builder experience
Event planning/management experience
Experience or high level of familiarity with demand generation principles
Account Management/Sales experience
