Initial Responsibilities:

Meet and engage with customers, in-person
Work in a retail-setting
Meet weekly sales goals
Experience on-the-job training

What you need to be a successful Entry Level Account Manager:

Bachelor’s degree is preferred
Leadership experience
Problem-solving skills
Effective time management skills
Excellent communicator
Great collaborator & team player
Flexibility
Social media experience
Retail sales or restaurant background is a plus
