We are currently looking for a motivated, dependable, and customer-focused Account Manager & Route Operations Specialist to join our growing Savannah team.

What You’ll Do

As an Account Manager & Route Operations Specialist, you’ll be responsible for servicing customer accounts, maintaining vending and refreshment equipment, managing inventory, and ensuring every location receives outstanding support and attention.

Daily Responsibilities

• Service vending machines and refreshment equipment at customer locations


• Restock products and maintain accurate inventory levels


• Ensure machines and micro market areas remain clean, organized, and fully operational


• Build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service


• Troubleshoot minor equipment or operational issues onsite


• Monitor product freshness and remove expired or damaged items


• Track inventory usage, sales activity, and route performance using company systems


• Coordinate with operations staff regarding installations, relocations, and equipment updates


• Educate customers on machine usage and basic troubleshooting


• Identify opportunities to improve account performance and increase sales


• Maintain company vehicle, equipment, and route organization


• Follow all safety, sanitation, and operational procedures

What We’re Looking For

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in route service, vending, delivery, retail, customer service, or account management preferred


• Strong communication and relationship-building skills


• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently


• Organized and detail-oriented


• Comfortable using mobile apps, handheld devices, or route software


• Problem-solving mindset with a positive attitude


• Reliable transportation to and from work

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move products up to 50 lbs


• Comfortable with frequent standing, bending, lifting, and driving throughout the day

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record


• Must be dependable, punctual, and professional
