Account Manager Assistant- Chattanooga, TN - Collaborative Environment

Led by the values and mission of the organization, the Account Manager Assistant supports the Commercial Lines Account Managers with administrative tasks in the servicing of insurance accounts.

WORK PERFORMED:

• Promptly assists Account Manager and Account Executive in servicing and retaining commercial accounts.
• Works to ensure that client retention goals are met by assisting Account Manager in providing a superior level of customer service.
• Processes and sends certificates of insurance, ID cards, evidence of insurance, and binders.
• Processes and invoices endorsements.
• Prepares accounting reconciliation; audits payroll/sales comparisons and quick coverage summaries as requested by insureds.
• Obtains and edits driver, vehicle, equipment, and locations schedules.
• Orders loss runs as requested.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
• Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and organize tasks.
• Ability to multitask.

PREFERRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Active P&C license preferred but not required
• Prior insurance industry experience a plus
• Prior experience with EPIC a plus
