Position Summary

We are seeking a Bonds Account Manager to join our team and support the full lifecycle of surety bond accounts. This role is responsible for managing new business submissions, renewals, billing, endorsements, and day-to-day client service needs while partnering closely with producers, carriers, and insureds.  

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, enjoys managing details, and takes pride in delivering responsive, high-quality client service.

What You’ll Do

• Manage full lifecycle of surety bond accounts (new business, renewals, endorsements) 
• Prepare and submit bond applications and underwriting submissions 
• Handle renewals, billing, collections, and premium processing 
• Communicate with carriers, producers, and insureds on policy updates 
• Process endorsements, audits, and policy changes 
• Manage documentation in ImageRight / agency systems 
• Support client service and account retention efforts 
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of all transactions 

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of insurance industry experience 
• Experience with surety bonds (required) 
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license (required) 
• Experience with Applied Epic or similar agency management systems 
• Strong communication and client service skills 
• High attention to detail and organization 
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment 
• Self-starter with ownership mindset and team-first attitude
