We are currently seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our regional Charlotte office and manage the local area territories. Base salary, uncapped commission, and bonus, with projected first-year earnings between $56,000 and $70,000

As an Account Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Being the main point of contact for client concerns, needs and requests
Building and strengthening client relationships to establish long-term partnerships and achieve KPIs
Engaging with customers on-site on a daily basis
Providing coaching and support to our franchise owners for business development
Coordinating the start-up of new accounts
Developing a deep understanding of our services to effectively upsell and cross-sell to existing customers
To qualify for this position, you should have:
A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Previous experience in account management, customer service, or sales
A stable work history
Exceptional relationship management and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
