Cuvo Health provides the regulated infrastructure behind independent white telehealth brands: licensed medical providers in all 50 states, pharmacy fulfillment, compliance, and the software that connects them. Clients launch their telehealth brand with Cuvo, and each one is assigned a dedicated point of contact responsible for their experience from signature through launch and beyond.
We are hiring an Account Manager to fill that role. You will guide new clients through onboarding, coordinate their launch across internal teams, and remain their primary contact at Cuvo once they are live. The position suits someone who is organized, personable, and comfortable owning a client relationship end to end.

Handle client communication across channels: phone and video calls, text, email, Slack, and Microsoft Teams
Resolve issues directly where possible; route the remainder to the appropriate team and follow through to resolution
Maintain accurate, current account records in internal systems
Conduct proactive check-ins to confirm each client's business is running smoothly and concerns are addressed early
