Key Responsibilities:
Relationship Management: Build and nurture lasting relationships with commercial clients in the North Bay, becoming their trusted advisor for landscape solutions.
Sales Growth: Identify and secure upsell opportunities within the existing client base, leveraging your knowledge of the region's unique landscape needs.
Client Retention: Proactively address client concerns and ensure their satisfaction, fostering loyalty and long-term partnerships.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams (operations, sales, etc.) to deliver exceptional service and results.
Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and the specific landscape challenges and opportunities in the North Bay.
Qualifications:
Proven Experience: 3+ years of successful experience in commercial landscape account management.
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of commercial landscape services and best practices.
