Job Description - Account Manager Customer Service

We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Account Manager to join our local team in a fast-paced, 100% on-site role. This isn't just a "sales" job; it's a mission-critical position where you will own the client relationship from start to finish. You will be the primary point of contact, ensuring that our products move through the life cycle seamlessly and reach the customer's hands on time, every time. Responsibilities Include:

  • Relationship Management: Act as the face of the company for our key accounts, building long-term trust and partnership.
  • Logistics Oversight: Partner with internal teams to ensure all products are shipped on time and meet quality standards.
  • Lifecycle Tracking: Proactively monitor where products are in the production/shipping life cycle and provide real-time updates to clients.
  • Problem Solving: Identify potential delays before they happen and implement solutions to keep the account on track.
  • Growth: Identify opportunities to better serve your existing clients and expand the account footprint.

Skills / Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree is required .
  • Experience: Previous Sales or Account Management experience is a must.
  • Communication: Exceptional professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Multi-tasking: Proven ability to manage a heavy, complex workflow without losing track of the details.
  • Tech-Savvy: Strong ability to use CRM and tracking tools to manage the product life cycle.

Competitive Pay: Compensation is determined by candidate experience, education, certifications, and specific job-related skills. $52-57k base DOE
