Job Description - Account Manager: Digital Marketing Focus

Role Overview:


The Account Manager at Fig Industries is a curiously-minded and solutions-driven


professional who wants to support Fig Industries clients and develop and pursue new client


opportunities. This individual will be dedicated to excellence through the pursuit of proven


digital marketing strategies as well as innovative new tactics with a greater mission of contributing to positive change for businesses locally, regionally, and nationally. 


 


Objectives of the Role

Manage marketing projects for Fig Industries clients



  • Establish, manage and lead day-to-day marketing initiatives for clients (Brainstorming sessions, research, roadmap planning)

  • Idea generation for branding and campaigns

  • Collaborate with the Creative Director and design team to fulfill client needs

  • Present design solutions to clients

  • Project management tracking and reporting

  • Develop new digital marketing strategies for clients

  • Develop and manage social accounts and campaigns as needed for clients

  • Project manage web projects alongside the Senior Experience Designer




Support Fig Industries development



  • FI social media writing, posting, and management

  • FI newsletter writing, posting, and management

  • New digital marketing initiatives for Fig Industries development

  • Assist business development efforts for new client acquisition


                                     


Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field

  • 2-5 years of experience in account management or a digital marketing role

  • Working knowledge of CRM software

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills

  • Excellent organizational, negotiation, and leadership skills

  • Outstanding critical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects with several clients simultaneously

  • The ability to cultivate long-term relationships

  • Excellent communication skills, demonstrated both verbally and in writing

  • Experience in business development and new client acquisition
