We are seeking an Account Manager for our client. The Account Manager is a pivotal role focused on maintaining proactive communication with customers to prevent surprises and foster trust. Key responsibilities include efficiently processing sales orders, resolving customer issues, ensuring strategic and reliable service delivery, collaborating with production and warehouse teams to meet customer requirements, managing sales status and forecasts, optimizing procurement and logistics to minimize lead times and costs, leading customer inventory reviews, identifying new opportunities, providing backup support to team members, and serving as the voice of customers within the organization. The ideal candidate possesses 3-5 years of customer service or account management experience, familiarity with global supply chains, ERP/MRP systems proficiency, strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build effective relationships internally and externally.
