Summary:
An Account Manager is responsible for nurturing and maintaining client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to expand services. This role acts as a key point of contact between the company and its clients to foster long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with key client accounts.


• Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and issues.


• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell company products and services.


• Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and ensure timely delivery of solutions.


• Prepare and deliver regular reports on account status and performance.


• Resolve client complaints quickly and efficiently to maintain high satisfaction levels.


• Develop a deep understanding of client business needs and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.


• Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.


• Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.


• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
